Baffled Bear Books

Welcome. Here is a restful place on the web for you. We are all about books, bears and niceness. Here, you can slow down and relax for a while- or even for longer. Go on, reach for the chocolate and flop down on your cushions.

Feeling completely relaxed in a web den about books, bears and niceness.

Where it’s all right to be muddled and confused. Do you sometimes feel ruffled and befuddled about, well, Things, all sorts of Things? You are among friends here. At Baffled Bear Books we are utterly baffled about nearly everything most of the time. And that’s all right.

Mawson is our Ponderer-in-Chief. He enjoys a long deep ponder about things followed by a refreshing nap. He may not see his way clear to any Answers to Big Questions. But he does feel confident that in the end, after all the words are said and all the naps are slept, things will be All Right.
Mawson felt that his ponders might help fellow Baffled Ones. Could this be you? He plonks his ponders down into small books that Grownups can find restful and easy to read.

Mawson makes picture books suitable for grownups. Enjoy some lighthearted nostalgia.
